Did something unexpected happen and you need to talk to someone from our team? Don’t worry! The Lucky Flats offers a phone line service running 24/7. You can also talk to us in person by going to our reception in Edificio Quintana, where we attend our guests during the day (opening hours change depending on the season).
Are you leaving town late in the afternoon and would like to enjoy your apartment during the day? Ask our team to know what are the options! At The Lucky Flats we offer (subject to availability) a late check out and early check in service to our guests so that they can enjoy their apartments for as long as possible.
If you book our Quintana apartments (1 or 2 bedrooms) or our Suites apartments through The Lucky Flats official website, , both for 7 nights or less, you can park your car for free in the center of Alicante! The indoor parking lot is located 50 meters from our Quintana and Suites buildings, a few minutes from many of the city highlights.
Are you landing in Alicante late at night? No problem! Our team will send you detailed instructions on how to access your apartment, whatever time it is. Additionally, if any problem arises, you can contact us by calling the 24-hour hotline.
All apartments at The Lucky Flats have free WiFi so you can surf or work remotely from all our locations.
Our team is always available and ready to make your stay at The Lucky Flats as pleasant as being at home. You can contact Virginia and Paloma by phone or drop by the beautiful and cozy reception located in our Quintana building, where they will be during day hours.
Do you want to enjoy your last day at the beach before going back home? At The Lucky Flats we want you to enjoy till the last second! That’s why we have showers at the reception of our Quintana building so you can shower off the sea salt and sand before traveling.
Leave your backpack or luggage in our lockers and explore the city of Alicante feeling light and happy. They are located in our Quintana building and are free of charge for all our guests.
At The Lucky Flats we love hosting families with children! And, above all, we love that the families who visit us enjoy their stay. That’s why we have everything you need to make the little ones feel at home: high chairs, cribs, changing table at the reception and soundproof windows.
For family stays with small children we especially recommend our apartments in the Quintana and Suites Buildings.
